Samsung has started working on One UI 6.1 for its eligible devices. According to the source, the company has begun One UI 6.1 beta testing for Galaxy S22.

The “Z” in the code indicates that this version is a Beta test version and will be replaced with the country code in future development. The letter “A” represents the current month January, indicating that testing begins this month.
